By accessing or using Proteus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Proteus is an authentication gateway and meta-dashboard platform that aggregates Stratus ecosystem applications into a unified interface. Proteus discovers connected applications, surfaces notifications, and provides cross-app analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any connected application or system
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Service Tiers

Proteus offers Starter (free), Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Features, connected app limits, and support levels vary by tier. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per user and may be cancelled at any time.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Proteus is subject to our Privacy Policy. Proteus does not store application data — widgets render from source applications and only display metadata is communicated to the Proteus dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

Proteus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
